Project Description:                  Screening of Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny in aid of Sai Ananda Free Hemodialysis Centre

About the Project:   The Rotary Club of Bukit Kiara Sunrise (RCBKS) has worked closely over 5 years with Sai Ananda Foundation Malaysia on its Hemodialysis Centre that has been offering "Free” life threatening dialysis treatment to the poor and needy giving them hope to live. The ethos being, no one should be denied lifesaving medical treatment as a result of their dire condition.

In aid of this centre, RCBKS has successfully conducted a fund-raising event to screen the film, “Indian Jones and the Dial of Destiny”. 300 guests attended off which 150 were sponsored children and teenagers from various under privileged, orphanage and refugee backgrounds. The main event sponsors were the X-Knights.

Other collaborators were, Interact Club of SMK Seri Hartamas, Rotaract Club of Bukit Kiara Sunrise, One Heart Foundation, Yayasan Kelab-Kelab Rotary Malaysia, RCBKS members, their families and friends. The collective effort helped raise about USD 18000.
